My fascination with UX kicked off over a decade ago, back when I was diving deep into human development and guiding young minds as a teacher. I found a certain magic in tailoring lessons to meet each student’s needs, combining broad educational goals with individualized paths to success.

That knack for tuning into what people really need steered me toward leading a Customer Experience team before I fully embraced the world of UX/UI Design. Fast forward to the present, and I've been immersed in the UX realm for over two years, getting my hands dirty with everything from SaaS products to CRM systems, communication tools, design frameworks, and data management. My tools of the trade? Figma and Adobe XD, where I craft wireframes, prototype like a pro, and bring creative visions to life through engaging designs. It’s been a journey of perfecting my craft, pushing the boundaries of collaboration, and championing innovation at every turn.
