In a recent UI/UX project, we developed an app for the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) to encourage young recruits to donate to CFC-approved charities. Young recruits were often deterred by the numerous charity options and the time required to research and find donation websites. Our mobile app streamlined solution makes charitable giving more accessible and engaging, fostering a sense of community and support among young recruits.

Introducing a new feature to capture customer feedback, offering vital insights previously overlooked. This feedback channel enables the product team to prioritize resources efficiently, aligning improvements with user needs. By leveraging this data, the company now makes informed decisions, eliminating guesswork and optimizing efforts.

Leveraged my experience in building design systems to assist in developing a new SaaS product. I replaced a tedious messaging flow with a scalable, intuitive bulk marketing email solution. This enhancement ensures a consistent design and seamless user experience, allowing for iterative improvements as the product expands, thereby enhancing both efficiency and scalability.

Implemented iterative enhancements to our task management feature, streamlining navigation, simplifying workflows, and optimizing user interactions, resulting in a more intuitive and efficient system. This project required a deep understanding of the company's sales and workflows, gained through extensive interviews and research methodologies. 

Working on the Waze app was a fun and engaging project that involved updating and enhancing a key feature: the navigation flow. The goal was to create a more intuitive and user-friendly experience, making it easier for users to navigate. By comparing Waze with other popular navigation apps, we identified areas for improvement and incorporated best practices to streamline the navigation process.
